Viewing this website, using the Project Fit Estimator, or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or an obligation to perform work. A client relationship begins only after both parties accept a written proposal or agreement.
Written scope, deliverables, and fees
Each project may have different requirements. The services to be performed, assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, revisions, schedule, fees, expenses, and payment terms are controlled by the applicable written proposal or agreement. Website examples and estimator results are illustrative and are not quotations or promises of a particular outcome.
Ownership and project files
Ownership, permitted use, transfer of CAD files, background tools, and other intellectual-property rights for project work are defined in the applicable written agreement. Payment of an invoice alone does not change those written ownership terms.
Professional engineering and licensure
Crowley Product Development & Design LLC does not represent that every offered design or CAD service is regulated professional engineering. The company does not offer a professional seal or independently perform services that legally require a licensed professional engineer unless an appropriately licensed professional is separately identified and engaged in writing for that scope.
